IFNUL perspectives on joining the Central and South-East European PhD Network (CESEENET)
DECEMBER 16, 2014 – On December 16, 2014 in the premises of IFNUL was held a meeting with Josef Windsperger, the coordinator of CESEENET, Professor of the Vienna University. The discussion about cooperation between Lviv University and Central and South-East European PhD Network was attended by Vice-Rector for International Relations, Prof. Mariya Zubrytska; representatives from the Department of Analytical Economy and International Economics (Faculty of Economics), Department of International Economic Analysis and Finance, Department of International Economic Relations (Faculty of International Relations).
Joining the Central and South-East European PhD Network can offer opportunities for implementation of the common courses in specific subject areas, conducting research seminars. It will also encourage academic exchanges, strengthen and enhance scientific work, cooperation with the boards of Defence of Doctorate`s Thesis, organization of various events: presentation of scientific papers, conducting summer schools and many others.
Within the network our University will cooperate with 14 universities from Central and Southeastern Europe, which offer assistance in improving the quality of PhD programs in economics and business.
