On October 21, 2014 at the Faculty of Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv the diploma commencement to this year graduates of Austrian Law School was held. Nine students – Nazar Diachok, Victoria Hereza, Nataliya Hirska, Olena Kavatsiuk, Halyna Kovalyk, Sofiya Levochko, Mariya Matsko, Roman Mazniak, Oleh Zamohylnyy successfully mastered the program and demonstrated profound knowledge of Austrian law. IFNUL Faculty of Lawis one of the participants of Annual Vienna Conference of the Law Schools of Central and Eastern Europe (Vienna, Warsaw, Prague, Budapest, Bucharest and Lyubliyana Universities).
The main purpose of the conference is to restore links between law schools of these universities and to continue the tradition of international cooperation between them. An important part of such cooperation is the establishment of joint schools, such as Austrian Law School, which was launched at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2009. This project allows students to study the Austrian legal system, gaining educational experience in the University of Vienna. Since 2009, 35 students received profound knowledge in the field of Austrian and European law.
