For the personal contribution to the development of Ukrainian-Polish relations, for the organization of international support for the integration of Ukraine into Europe and for the outstanding support of the Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the fields of science, education and culture the President of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski was awarded with the honorary title “Doctor Honoris Causa of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv”. This decision was unanimously approved by the members of the Academic Council of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv during the meeting on February 25, 2015.
