IFNUL students took part in the discussion on intercultural dialogue between Ukraine and Turkey
MARCH 17, 2016 – On March 14, 2016, on the initiative of the NGO “Young Diplomacy Centre” in cooperation with the Ukrainian-Turkish cultural center “Syaivo” and the group “Friends of Turkey” international student scientific conference “Turkish Culture and Tourism as a Factor in International Understanding” was held at the University.
The aim of the event was to familiarize IFNUL students with national traditions and folklore of Turkish people, professional achievements of Turkish writers and artists, natural, cultural and historical heritage and features of tourism in Turkey, as well as with the development and current state of Ukrainian-Turkish cultural relations in the sphere of tourism.
Conference organizers also presented cultural almanac “Ukraine-Turkey”, published with the support of the Ukrainian-Turkish cultural center “Syaivo”.
