Leopolis for Future – Poland will accept students of three Lviv universities for internship
DECEMBER 5, 2014 – On December 4, 2014, in the premises of Consulate-General of Poland in Lviv was signed a cooperation agreement between the Polish Foundation “Leopolis for Future” and three Lviv universities: the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (represented by Rector Prof. Volodymyr Melnyk), Lviv Polytechnic National University and Lviv National Academy of Arts.
Polish Consul Marcin Zieniewicz stated that the main initiator of internship for Ukrainian students is Grzegorz Waluszewski, Chairman of the Board of Polish JSC «Prime Car Management S.A», who is also an leading expert on finding young people among emerging leaders to help them become leaders of the best Polish companies and institutions as well as among politicians.
The organizers decided to continue professional internship at well-known Polish companies and institutions for Ukrainian students. Representatives of the Foundation “Leopolis for Future” had also meeting with the Rectors of two Lviv universities and Lviv National Academy of Arts in order to discuss the details of further cooperation. As a result, next year 25 students from three Lviv universities will have an opportunity to intern at best Polish companies.
