IFNUL signed an agreement with AGH University of Science and Technology (Poland)
JANUARY 28, 2015 – The delegation of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, represented by the Rector of the University, Professor Volodymyr Melnyk, Vice-Rector for Research and Teaching Professor Marian Lozynskyy and Dean of the Faculty of Geology Professor Mykola Pavlun had a working visit to Republic of Poland.
In order to achieve the highest level of scientific research, education and professional training rector of Lviv University, Professor Volodymyr Melnyk and rector of AGH University of Science and Technology, Professor Tadeusz Slomka last week signed an agreement on cooperation between universities.
Establishing academic cooperation will promote initiation and development of partnerships in key spheres of applied scientific researches in fields that are of interest to both parties. Agreement also includes the improvement of educational programs and didactic process. In particular, during the negotiations Rectors of both Universities agreed to implement a common system of education and issue diploma according to the approved program content.
